The first visit is the one that sets everything up
Before the regular cadence starts, your property gets walked start to finish, inside and out. Every system, every shut-off, every quirk (the tricky breaker, the slow drain, the gate that sticks) lands in a written file. By the end of the first visit, your home has a record on it specific enough that anyone stepping in knows exactly what to do without guessing.

All vendors are scheduled, met on-site, overseen through the work, and the job is documented in photos sent directly to you, before the invoice goes anywhere.
