The consistent checklist
The home wellness checklist is the same every visit, and that consistency is what makes the small deltas noticeable. Every room gets inspected for visible moisture, stains, and smells; HVAC functionality tested; plumbing spot-checked; pests looked for; the exterior walked for drainage, roof, siding, and landscaping issues; and security verified. Nothing gets skipped because nothing relies on memory.

What happens when something comes up
