Home Watch
Home Watch by Neighborhood
Regular, documented checks on your second home while you're away, built for how each Amelia Island community actually ages.
A closed-up house on the coast ages differently street to street. Oceanfront salt air, marsh humidity, gated-community access, older housing stock: each one changes what a home watch visit needs to catch. Pick your community below for what watching a home there actually involves, or see how our home watch service works across the island.

What a home watch report shows you
Every home watch visit ends with a dated update you can read from wherever you are. The report is built around the same checklist each time, so small changes stand out: a new stain, a humidity swing, a tripped breaker, storm debris, or a door left unlocked by a vendor.
The goal is not just to say we stopped by. It is to show what we checked, what looked normal, what changed, and what needs your decision.
