Good projects start with clarity. The scope gets defined with you, competitive bids come in from known contractors or vendors, the jargon gets translated, and the decisions that have to be made up front get flagged so they don't turn into expensive mid-project surprises. A plan and a budget are approved before a single tool comes out.

This is the core of project management. Updates, even when you're not on the island
