Before moving day: a plan that matches the house
The useful work starts before boxes arrive. Moving day: someone local is there
When the truck pulls up, someone needs to know the house, the plan, and the order things are supposed to happen. We meet approved movers and vendors, manage access, watch for obvious damage or missing pieces, answer property-specific questions, and send updates as the day unfolds. If you are still traveling, you are not trying to run the move from the airport.

- It includes the local logistics that make a move actually work: meeting movers and delivery crews, coordinating utility and service appointments, scheduling cleaning and punch-list vendors, checking the home before arrival, and sending photo updates while you are off-island. You keep control of the decisions; we handle the on-the-ground coordination.
- Can you help if we are moving to Amelia Island before we arrive?
- Yes. That is one of the best uses for the service. We can receive approved deliveries, meet vendors, confirm the home is clean and systems are running, and help get the house ready before your first night here.
- Do you provide the moving crew?
- We coordinate the move, but we do not operate as the moving company. We can work with the movers you choose or help identify local options, then manage access, timing, condition notes, and follow-up tasks at the property.
