How it actually works
Watering on your plant's schedule
Different plants want different things. Cactuses want to be left alone; monsteras want a steady, light touch; orchids want specific humidity; fiddle-leafs want to stay put. A per-plant note gets made at the start and followed every visit after that.

Flagging problems before you lose a plant
If a plant is declining, you'll hear about it before it's gone. Over-watering, pests, humidity issues, a draft from a new vent. Usually fixable if caught early. If something can't be saved, the honest call comes back with replacement suggestions when you're ready.
