Before you land, we can adjust the home's temperature, stock the fridge with groceries, arrange fresh flowers, confirm restaurant reservations, and make sure everything is exactly where you want it. On the back end, we close the house down properly: Clear out refrigerator and pantry, trash out, thermostat set, lights and locks checked. You walk out the door and don't think about it again.

Arriving: a house that's ready
Send your arrival grocery list. The house gets pre-cooled, the fridge gets stocked, fresh flowers or a welcome basket show up if you'd like, the lights come on, and any reservations or deliveries get confirmed. You walk in and your home is ready for you

Departing: closing up, properly
