Home Watch vs Property Management
Home watch is a regular, documented inspection of a vacant home: someone checks the property inside and out and sends you a report. Property management is broader, adding vendor coordination, repairs, maintenance scheduling, and project oversight. If you just want eyes on an empty house, choose home watch. If you want someone running the whole property, choose management. Many owners combine both.

How to choose
Start with the question you actually have. If it is "is my house okay while I am gone?", that is home watch. You get a set of trained eyes on the property on a regular schedule and a report you can trust, without paying for services you do not need yet.
If the question is "who is going to handle everything my home needs?", that is property management. It includes the home watch inspections, then goes further: scheduling maintenance, bringing in and overseeing vendors, and managing the projects that come up, all through one local point of contact.
Two common add-ons sit alongside both. Key holding is what you want if the real need is letting people in: contractors, deliveries, or a local contact when the alarm trips. Concierge is for the personal side, like getting the home stocked and ready before you arrive.
