The Omni Turkey Trot 5K runs Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 26, 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m. at the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa.
The course
Runners and walkers of all ages follow a scenic 3.1-mile route winding through the resort's tree-canopied paths. A fun run follows immediately after the 5K, making it an easy morning to bring the whole family before dinner.
Good to know
A portion of proceeds benefits the First Coast YMCA. Registration is online in advance; Thanksgiving-morning races on the island fill up, so sign up early if you're visiting for the holiday.
