4th Annual Graveside Chronicles 2026

Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 9:00 AMBosque Bello Cemetery

Costumed storytellers bring Fernandina Beach's past to life among the headstones of historic Bosque Bello Cemetery, October 10, 2026, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Graveside Chronicles returns for its fourth year on October 10, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bosque Bello Cemetery — one of Florida's oldest burial grounds, established in 1798.

What to expect

Rather than a ghost tour, this is living history: costumed presenters stationed at graves throughout the cemetery tell the stories of the shipbuilders, sea captains, Civil War figures, business owners, and families buried there. Visitors move between the stations at their own pace across the day.

Good to know

The cemetery is on North 14th Street, a short drive from downtown. Wear comfortable shoes — the grounds are grassy and uneven — and check the city events calendar for admission details and the presenter schedule.
