The Les DeMerle Amelia Island Jazz Festival brings a full week of live jazz to venues across Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island, running October 4–11, 2026. Founded and led by acclaimed drummer Les DeMerle and vocalist Bonnie Eisele, it's one of Northeast Florida's longest-running music festivals.
A week of music
The lineup spans contemporary jazz, big band, Latin, swing, Dixieland, and blues. The festival opens with a free community concert and closes the following weekend with a Dixieland-to-swing jazz brunch, with individual concerts in between at venues around the island.
