The Amelia Island Cookout returns for its fourth year October 15-18, 2026, hosted by The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island — a four-day, island-wide celebration of food, wine, spirits, and Southern hospitality.
The lineup
Led by Chef Okan Kizilbayir, Culinary Director and Chef de Cuisine of Salt, the weekend brings together 30+ chefs, pitmasters, mixologists, winemakers, and culinary luminaries from around the country.
What's on the schedule
Fifteen distinct Ritz-Carlton experiences run across the four days, including Fishing With Chefs, chef demonstrations, After Glow parties with live music, collaborative dinners, a bourbon sunset cruise, a cigar and port experience, and a Southern-style oyster roast.
Good to know
Individual event tickets and multi-day packages are sold through the official site. Marquee dinners and the smaller experiences sell out well ahead of the weekend, and island lodging tightens considerably — book early.
